Ashley has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2004, and she recently joined Exit 6 Star Realty in June 2008. She has been in the New Home Construction industry for 8 years serving in multiple capacities including Director of Quality Assurance for one of Houston’s leading homebuilders and Marketing Director of a well known custom builder. Having new home construction experience, she is able to provide her client’s with detailed knowledge of builder contracts, builder warranties, and builder programs. She is also up-to-date with Texas Residential Construction Commission standards and regulations regarding the new home construction industry. With her experience, background, and knowledge in working with new construction builders, she can provide you with the best possible representation.
Ashley grew up in Amarillo, Texas. She moved to College Station, Texas to attend Texas A&M University. She graduated in 1996 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Ashley has lived in the Lake Conroe area with her husband John since 1998.

John began his real estate career in 2008 and got off to a great start. John lends his years of experience working for one of Houston’s largest production builders and also owning his own custom home building company. Since John has an extensive knowledge in new home construction, he can better assist clients who are looking to buy or build a new construction home using a consultative approach. John is able to share his knowledge and educate the buyer on new home construction, details, and quality. This expertise gives clients confidence when buying or building a new home. John also provides an additional service during the construction of your new home--he can be “your agent on the job” and be your “eyes and ears” during construction.
John grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1991. After moving to the Lake Conroe area in 1998, John began his career in new home construction.
After winning “Builder of the Year” honors with one of the nation’s largest builders, he opened the doors of his own custom home company in 2001; and quickly became one of the most respected builders in Montgomery County. After years on the jobsite, John has now turned his focus to becoming one of the most respected REALTORS® in not only Houston, but in Texas.
